Booth Rates

Terms and Conditions

Booth rates of both shows are the same
Grey shaded booths are premium locaiton. Please add 10% to the above rates.
Regular Booths are @ Rs. 6000/- USD 160 per sq.m. Premium Booths are @ Rs. 6600/- USD 176 per sq.m.
Price are EXCLUSIVE of Service Tax (currently 12.36%)
10% Discount for companies reserving space at both events (conditions apply)
Allotment on first - come - first booked basis
Rates includes complimentary drinking water and lunches / coupons as per booth size
10% Discount for raw space (without and construction . Applicable on booking on minimum 18 sq.m.
50% total amount payable on application. Balance 50% payable by 31/05/09 (Delhi), 31/08/09 (Mumbai)
Please fill the Booth Confirmation Form and send the same along with advance payment
Famdent reserve the right to Change, Alter, Cancel or Postpone the event at its discreation
Depending on requirements and demands additional space might be opened for additional exhibitors

Cancellation policy

Once confirmed, booth space can not be cancelled. No refund on cancellation.
No refund if postponementor cancellation of event due to reasons beyond FAMDENT's control viz. acts of nature, riots, strikes, etc
Exhibitiors will need to comply with exhibition Rules and Regulations laid down by Pragati Maidan / World Trade Centre, a copy of which will be provided before the event on request.
Disputes, if any, subject to Mumbai, India Jurisdiction only.
