FAMDENT SHOW 2007 THREE IN A ROW!
For the third successive year, Famdent organized an extremely successful FAMDENT SHOW 2007. This year’s event was held at The Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon from 18th – 21st October, and was marked by a remarkable attendance – probably the largest gathering of Dental Professionals in India in a non – association organized event.

The first day of the scientific convention, wherein the hands on workshop were conducted by renowned Dentists in India got a tremendous response from numerous dentists and students from all over the country. The sessions by Dr. Suhas Lele, Dr. Madhu Bendre, Dr. Sandesh Mayekar, Dr. A. Kumarswamy, Dr. Anish Naware, Dr. Saiesha Mistry and Dr. Aquil Reshamwala were filled to capacity. The Scientific Sessions were inaugurated by Dr. A.B Surveyor and Dr. R. P. Nayak, both also received the Lifetime Achievement Awards.

Scientific Sessions
A huge mass of attendees were present for the scientific session lectures. Series of lectures were delivered by 36 renowned speakers in a span of 3 exciting days of Dentistry. International speakers like Dr. George Freedman, Dr. Micheal Dieter, Dr. Fay Goldstep, Dr. Laurent Schenck and Dr. Elliot Mechanic contributed to enlighten the dental crowd at the Famdent show. National speakers attracted excellent attendance and included some of the best talents in India including Dr. Sandesh Mayekar, Dr. Suhas Lele, Dr. Shavir Nooryezdan, Dr. S. Sriram, Dr. Usha Mohandas, Dr. Anish Naware, Dr. Suresh Meshram……… and many more!

One of the highlights was the Live Quiz which was a huge success. A brainchild of Dr. Ajay Kakar, the Quiz was a runaway success with prizes sponsored by Bien Air, KaVo, 3M ESPE, Kodak, SS White and others.

Dental Exhibition
The trade show was attended by a large number of Dental Professionals from all over India. The Famdent Show 2007 served as a launching platform and also displaying products and equipment for several exhibitors. Over 125 stalls displayed various dental equipment, services and materials for all 3 days of the show. Exhibitors had a busy and a profitable time at their booths.

THE FAMDENT SHOW 2008 shifts back to the World Trade Centre, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai from 13 – 16 Nov. 2008. You can look
forward to excellent innovations this year.
