Famdent
reserves the right to change, alter, and cancel or postpone
the event at its discretion.

on requirements and demands additional space might be opened
for additional exhibitors

Cancellation
fees
- 25%
of total cost to be paid if cancelled before 30th
June 2008.
- 50%
of total cost to be paid if cancelled before 31st
Aug. 2008.
- No
refund if cancelled after 31st Aug. 2008.
- No
refund if postponement or cancellation of
event due to reasons beyond FAMDENT’s
control viz. acts of nature, riots, strikes,
etc.
- Exhibitors
will need to comply with the exhibition rules and regulation
laid down by W.T.C –a copy of which will be provided
before the event.
- Disputes,
if any, subject to Mumbai, India Jurisdiction only.
- Boothnos.1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,12,13,14,19 & 21
are reserved for Principal Participants
